Eric Jansseune is a Professional Engineer with degrees in Environmental Science and Mechanical Engineering (ME, Antwerp). Eric is a New Zealand resident from Belgium since 2005. Eric has been actively involved in solar projects since 1990 and started his career as an Environmental Engineer in the fields of wastewater treatment and air pollution filtration. Eric has meanwhile been responsible for the design and project engineering of numerous successful solar projects in many fields including passive, active, solar hot water heating, space heating, swimming pool heating, solar electric and solar cooling. His solar house in Belgium was awarded by the Belgian Government and Eric organized many open home days for schools and public. As a Trainer and Educator with experience in domestic, commercial and industrial solar systems, Eric organizes general or specialized workshops on all levels, including architects and engineers. He has provided solar training for different Educational and Professional organizations in Belgium and New Zealand. Since 1995 Eric provides design, consulting, training and education services related to the development and installation of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Solar Applications.

Jeroen Brand is managing director of Alphatron Pacific Ltd based in Albany, Auckland. Jeroen received his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, in 1995. Core business of Alphatron Pacific Ltd is the distribution of power conversion and power generation equipment. The company is preferred supplier to most New Zealand OEM’s in the marine and motor home industry and supplies inverters and PV modules to many installers and system integrators in the renewable energy industry. In addition to supply of equipment and local repair services, Alphatron provides design and project management services to its clients. Jeroen was seconded to the SEANZ Board in March 2008 as an industry practitioner and importer of small scale renewable technologies, to assist with development of the Standards and Accreditation program. He has been appointed to the Australian and NZ EL042 standards committee and provides hands-on-support for the organization. He also leads the contracts and technical component within SEANZ.
Before migrating from Nigeria to New Zealand, Emmanuel Onwubuariri held a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power) from Petroleum Training Institute Warri in Nigeria, now called Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE). Emmanuel worked as a Company Registered Electrician for four big and well respected companies in New Zealand - Black and Decker (NZ) Ltd, Dewalt (NZ) Ltd, Hire pool (NZ) Ltd and Power Plant Supplies (NZ) Ltd - before acquiring his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (BEngTech) at MIT. Emmanuel is also pursuing his Postgraduate Studies in Electrical Engineering at AUT University, specializing in Solar Engineering and he has followed the course Advancement in Solar Technology. His work experience includes the design and installation of automatic system standby generators, building electrical maintenance and numerous electrical machine servicing and maintenance, including power tools.
Er. Gunsagar Singh, (BTech) Electronics & Communication Engineer from India is having more than 5 years of experience in developing, evaluating, and analysis of Solar Photo-voltaic and Water Heating Systems projects. He has successfully completed his Masters Of Engineering Studies (M.E.S) from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand and also completed Electrical Design and Analysis from TATA CMC, group India. He also possesses skills to calculate and design lighting & cabling process for residential and commercial buildings. With core knowledge and technical skill, he is passionate to implement innovative ideas in the field of Solar Energy to compete the economic viability of this technology for its wider use in society.
As a Research Assistant in Auckland University of Technology, Auckland where he has performed Advance Quasi Analysis test and economic research of Solar Water Air Flat Plate Collector as per EN standards and prepared comparative analysis with Steady State Analysis Test.
At EWATEC, he is helping in analyzing the existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities in addition to identifying technical issues and providing reliable and effective solutions for our clients. Wannes De Beuckelaer
Wannes De Beuckelaer received his Master of Industrial Science from the Department of Applied Engineering and Technology, Antwerp, Belgium and his Master of Environmental Science from University of Antwerp, Belgium. Wannes supervises projects, installations and the commissioning of solar systems.
David Vermeulen is a financial executive with a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. He received his Bachelor in Accountacy-[removed]Informatics-[removed]Systemanalyse from Hogeschool Antwerpen. He is experienced in early-[removed]stage startups as well as companies 'on the bubble'. He focuses on 'Change Management' for middle-[removed]sized companies, optimizing or implementing the lastest management techniques, to get higher rentability and efficiency.
